Founded by Nellie Cornish before she could vote, Cornish is one of the few colleges on the planet that exists for both the Visual and Performing Arts. Cornish creates art amidst the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and now Washington State has one of the strongest artistic communities in the USA.

Cornish supports all aspiring artists, regardless of your background. If your high school doesn't offer help in creating a portfolio or audition, contact Cornish today to speak with a student or alumni who can help you for free.

Transfer students should note that Cornish offers BFA and BM degrees - professional degrees in the performing and visual arts. For transfer students who have completed their general education requirements, we offer transfer-only BA degrees that allow you to finish in just two years. Contact Cornish for more information!
