Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines
If you have never enrolled at another college, you qualify to apply as a first year student. Once you apply, you'll receive support from an admissions counselor in your academic area of interest. The recommended deadline to apply is February 1 and the final deadline is August 8 for degree-seeking students who wish to begin in the Fall. For more information, see https://www.pct.edu/admission.
If you have completed an associate’s degree or higher or enrolled at another college, you can apply as a transfer student at https://admissions.pct.edu/apply. A dedicated Admissions Counselor will help you make the most of your previously earned credits. Learn more at https://www.pct.edu/transfer.
Additional Information
At Penn College, we believe hands-on education should be within reach for all eligible students. That’s why our admissions process is simple. There’s no need for national tests or essays. As long as you submit transcripts, you’re in. And thanks to rolling admissions, you’ll receive your admissions decision sooner.

I loved the opportunity to rub shoulders with such a diverse group of people that were passionate about their major and line of work. I had friends that could help me fix my car, fix my computer, clean my teeth, or build me a house. Each one of them were good at what they were doing and they LOVED what they did!
